If you'd like to cancel or change your order, please call us at 1-800-574-3477 as soon as possible.  Please note  that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently.
Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days from the date your order was shipped.  If something isn't right, just let us know, we will do everything we can to accommodate your request.  All returns will require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number issued from one of our representatives to ensure proper credit.  Some items may be assessed a 15% restocking fee.  We do not offer returns or exchanges on custom orders or equipment.
For Washington State customers we need a copy of your reseller certificate at the time of purchase, otherwise sale tax will be added on.  Double check your online order, if there is tax on it and you feel there should not be, call or email us right away so we can resolve it prior to check out. We cannot refund taxes after the purchase.   You can email your resell permit to orders@westarsolutions.com or fax it to 360-757-4417
Please inspect your package upon receipt to ensure that damage did not occur during transit.  Items that are damaged due to shipping/handling negligence will require a claim to be filed with UPS, FedEx or USPS within 7 business days and may need to be inspected by our shipper to validate any damage prior to funding replacements, so please save your packaging and all package contents.
Shipping leaves our facility at 2:30pm Pacific Time,  if you placed your order near or after that time it may not ship that same day.   If we do not have the item in stock or pre-built it may also not ship the same day as the order is placed.
For all free shipping offers Westar Solutions will determine the shipping method.  Typically UPS Ground or US Mail.
